MELVIN has been married and in ministry with Robin Thornhill for forty-three years. Melvin has worked for the airlines for forty-four years. Melvin served as the President of the Christian Employee Business Resource Group. Melvin is well-known for his “Revelation” and “Proverbs” teaching series. Melvin and Robin co-authored, Marriage From the Heart with Dr. Don Downing in 2007. Melvin received an honorary doctorate degree in 2007 from Breakthrough Bible College and Seminary.
ROBIN has been in ministry working with her husband Melvin for over forty years. She has worked in corporate America and higher education for over thirty years. She was recently awarded a fellowship from Chicago Theological Seminary. Robin and Melvin co-authored Marriage From the Heart with Dr. Don Downing in 2007. She attended Howard University in 1975 and over the years earned a Bachelors in Journalism, a Masters in Religious Studies and a Doctorate in Pastoral Counseling. Robin also has several certifications in counseling and coaching.
